BASIC INFORMATION:

Yoga is for everyone! 

Yoga is non-competitive, personal and an enjoyable activity that allows you to go at your own pace. 

Yoga is the union of the mind, body and spirit!
  

  YOGA STYLE:

  • Vinyasa Yoga:  “Breath-synchronized movement.”  The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. It's a smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

 

  • Gentle Yoga:  The class is a gentle flow from one relaxing posture into the next. There is no stopping to gather props or to situate yourself in a pose.  One pose flows seamlessly into the next.
